I led a 3-day workshop for Cartus, a relocation company, helping leadership stakeholders align on key initatives and long-term roadmap strategy.

One of Accenture’s goals is to train every employee on how to use design thinking.

I lead a team of facilitators. Together we teach a day-long crash course on the Design Thinking methodology and how to use it in their daily work.

These companies were looking looking to implement policies and improve diversity and accessibility in their offices.

We covered the acronym, gender identity, a brief history of the LGBT+ community, do’s and don’ts and the company’s stance on the topic.
